I am having a similar issue, I downloaded the game today and it immediately crashes on launch. If you can't get Subnautica to install, that's an Epic Games Launcher problem I believe (try installing another free game from them like Unreal Tournament to be sure) Upload the archive somewhere (see above list) and post a sharing link to it.
